Terms & Conditions

• All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful completion of the booking and/or required payment.
• Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
• Mabuhay Beach House reserves the right to contact the guest to verify booking details.

• Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP), unless otherwise stated.
• Rates may vary depending on the booking dates, occupancy, promotions, and applicable booking conditions.
• Additional charges, taxes, service fees, and other applicable fees will be indicated during the booking process.
• Payment terms depend on the selected rate and booking conditions.

• Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM.
• Standard check-out time: 12:00 noon.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
• Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport together with their booking confirmation upon check-in.
• Identification and booking verification may be conducted by the Villa Attendant upon arrival.

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate and booking conditions.
• Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before completing their reservation.
• Cancellations made after the permitted cancellation period may be subject to applicable charges.
• In case of a no-show, the applicable booking or cancellation policy will apply.

• Mabuhay Beach House has a strict maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
• The maximum occupancy includes all guests staying at the property.
• Extra beds are not provided.
• Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 persons under any circumstances.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that the number of occupants declared in the reservation is accurate.

• Special requests, including specific arrangements, early check-in, late check-out, or other requirements, are subject to availability.
• While Mabuhay Beach House will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, they are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the property.

• Facilities and services are subject to availability and applicable operating schedules.
• Certain facilities or services may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond the property’s reasonable control.

• Guests are expected to observe the house rules and conduct themselves appropriately throughout their stay.
• Guests may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or additional cleaning costs caused by themselves or members of their party.
• Mabuhay Beach House reserves the right to take appropriate action, including ending a stay, in cases of serious misconduct, property damage, or violation of house rules.

• Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport and booking confirmation upon arrival.
• A security deposit of PHP 5,000.00 is required upon check-in.
• The security deposit is subject to the property’s inspection and applicable house rules.

Mabuhay Beach House shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

• Guest information will be handled in accordance with the property’s applicable privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.
• Information provided during the reservation process may be used for booking administration, guest communication, and other purposes necessary to provide the requested services.

• Mabuhay Beach House reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
• The applicable terms are those presented to the guest at the time of booking, unless otherwise required by law.
